TrackTrade Overview

Welcome!

TrackTrade offers many features to manage jobs but here we focus only on the core concepts to help you understand how our software will provide you with valuable resource savings.

How It All Works

TrackTrade gives you the power to document, process and audit the trade work you need done through our powerful Jobs system. When that's done you can use our robust Finance Suite to make sure everyone gets paid for their hard work in double-quick time.

Jobs

Everything in TrackTrade revolves around our concept of Jobs. A Job can be anything from 'Repair the 3rd floor window' to 'Inspect the leaky drainpipe'. It just depends on your needs.  A Job is created and managed by you or your employer within TrackTrade. The Job can then be tracked and updated live on either end as work progresses.

A Job is done for Customers and is managed by Staff.

A Job lets you view key details to get on with the job such as the address of the work site and add key evidence of the work such as before/after photos.

Staff

There are 2 types of Staff: Office and Field.

The Office Staff user has full access to your TrackTrade system and sets everything up. These are your administrators who will catalogue and prepare Jobs to be sent out as well as manage all relevant data such as Customers.

The Field Staff user has a much more limited and focused view, only receiving the Job information that they need via a digital Job Card. These are your workers and contractors, they go out to the site and get the job done.

Customers

A Customer is your client! A Job is done on their behalf and TrackTrade allows you to maintain a profile for every one so you can easily add them to future Jobs or access their contact details to keep them in the loop and forge a strong relationship.

Finance Suite

Beyond our powerful Jobs system, we allow you to handle the important finances behind it all and make sure clean and accurate records are made and everyone involved gets paid for their hard work.

Quotes

Gather one or more quotes for a Job beforehand which a Customer can then sign off on before work begins.

Purchases

Organise your purchase orders which can also be reviewed by a Customer before confirmation.

Invoices

Invoices can be easily generated based on the data gathered on a Job such as hours worked, specific materials used, purchase orders made, etc.
