Jobs

A comprehensive table of all Jobs currently in your system available in various top-level views which can be further filtered down and searched. Archived and deleted Jobs do not appear here.
Job Table Views
There are 8 view tabs to choose from. The first 6 show Jobs in your active database.
Recent - The default view. This view lets you see all Jobs that were accessed/modified in a chosen time period using the Range options at the top. Defaults to showing all Jobs.
Not Allocated - Jobs that have been created but have no Field Staff yet allocated to them.
Allocated - Jobs that have not started but have been allocated Field Staff to work them.
Problems - Jobs that have unresolved Problems flagged in them.
In Progress - Jobs that are in an active state (Field Staff is in transit or on-site)
Completed - Jobs that have been worked and closed.
These last 2 views show Jobs that you have chosen to remove from your active listings for organisational reasons.
Archive - Jobs that you wish to remove from the main in-use database but not delete.
Recycle Bin - Jobs you no longer wish to keep in your system at all.
Filter and Search
No matter what Job View you select you will be able to narrow down the results further with the Filter and Search options.
Filter

Filter the table by a Customer name or Priority level.
Search

Filter the table by any search term you desire. You can search for any data found within a Job such as the description, the Customer name, Staff names, etc.
You can also filter those results further by excluding another search term.
Job Table Reports
No matter what Job View you select, you are able to view/export a report of the Jobs in the currently visible table. The report can be printed, downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet or downloaded as a PDF.
