Schedule

The Schedule is a calendar showing Job Visits currently booked. New Job Visits can also be booked directly from here.
By default, you are shown the current day in Day view for immediate Visits.

All Staff currently in the system are listed on the left, grouped by their assigned Team name in alphabetical order. Staff members not on a Team are shown in a blank group at the top.
Click or click and drag on the table to quickly schedule a Visit.
View Job Visits
Timescale Options

Defaults to Day view on the current date.
today - Centres the calendar back to the current day. Greyed out if you are already there.
Day - Shows the chosen date broken down into 15 minutes segments from 8am - 5:30pm.
Week - Shows the current week broken down into daily segments.
Monthly - Shows the current month broken down into daily segments.
Use the left and right arrows to shift the Day/Week/Month depending on the current timescale.
Job Visit Card

Clicking a scheduled Job Visit block brings up a card view giving quick details and options.

Card Options
- Open in Maps - Get directions on Google Maps from your location to the Visit address listed.
- Edit Visit - Launches the 'Edit this Visit' overlay.
- Job Summary - Launches the 'Job Summary' overlay.
- Open Job (New Tab) - Opens the full Job profile in a new browser tab.
- Remove Visit - Deletes the Visit entirely.
Create Job Visits
Click and Drag

Click and drag across the segments relating to the Staff member you are assigning to this Visit and desired time period then click Add Visit to bring up the Select A Job overlay. You can also click without dragging to choose just the Arrival time and the End time will be set to 'Any time'.
Note: The Staff member and Visit times you choose here can be edited later just before confirming the booking, if you wish.
Note: You can also create a Job directly from here in the same way, just select Create Job after clicking and dragging.

Here you can select which Job this Visit is intended for.
Shows a list of your Jobs filtered by their status. Defaults to showing Recent Jobs.
Job Status Filters
Recent - The default view. This view lets you see all Jobs that were accessed/modified in a chosen time period using the Range options at the top. Defaults to showing all Jobs.
Not Allocated - Jobs that have been created but have no Field Staff yet allocated to them.
Allocated - Jobs that have not started but have been allocated Field Staff to work them.
Problems - Jobs that have unresolved Problems flagged in them.
In Progress - Jobs that are in an active state (Field Staff is in transit or on-site)
Search All - A special filter allowing search by keyword, e.g. Job name, ID, description, Customer, Tags, etc.
Finally, you will be presented with the Book a Visit overlay. The date, times and Staff member will be set automatically based on your selection on the Schedule but you are free to edit this as you wish. For flexibility you can also select 'Any Time' as a time option.

Upon booking the Visit, you'll get a confirmation for yourself and be given the option to send a notifying email to the Customer about this Visit.

Add Holiday/Meeting/Sick Leave/Other
Beyond the 2 main scheduling choices, you can also create simple blocks of time to represent holidays, meetings, sick leave or 'Other' with the option to attach written notes to clarify.
Unallocated Jobs

This counter at the top of the page notifies you of how many Jobs that you have created in your system that have no Visits currently booked.
Click on the counter to see each of these Jobs by their ID.

Each Job can be clicked and dragged directly into the schedule to quickly create a Visit for them.
Clicking the Job without dragging brings up the Job Summary overlay in case you need reminded of the Job details.
