Viewing & Sharing Workflow Responses

Here we will give you a quick guide on how to view and share any Workflow Responses that your operatives have filled in.

Viewing

Workflow Responses are always stored against the Job in which they were completed so to find them head on over to the Job profile you want.

Job Profile > Workflows > Choose a Workflow from the list > Choose a response from the dropdown


You could also head to the Workflows section on the left sidebar, click in to a Workflow and select the Responses tab to view all completed reponses for that Workflow but you cannot share from this page as they are tied to the Job. You can still head to the provided Job link and follow the steps above if you wish to share.


Sharing

To get sharing options, select Share Response on the response page.


You'll then get a popup window with 3 options:


With this option, we can package up the link to the Workflow Response in a professional looking email and send it on. The other benefit is that this action will be noted in the Audit Trail so there's a clear record that it was sent on.

The Customer's name and email are used as defaults for sending quick emails but these can be edited as desired.

The simple, manual way of sharing the link. Hit Copy Link to copy it to your clipboard and paste it to wherever you need it.


Share

The Share option brings up the native Share interface for whatever system you are using.

Windows, iOS, Android, etc. will all look a little different but the idea is the same: an easy way to send on a link to this Workflow Response to some other app on your device. It could be an email app, a messaging app or even just saving it as a note in your note app for later.

Note that Firefox does not currently support this sharing functionality. Try out our recommended browsers, Google Chrome and Safari, if you wish to use this feature.
