Getting the Most from TrackTrade
TrackTrade is a powerful tool for saving you precious resources but it may not be obvious at first how it can accomplish that so we thought it might be handy to have a little guide on how best to figure it out for your specific situation.
Review your current workflow
Step one of solving a problem is always to clearly define what that problem is so we would recommend taking time to write down and document your current processes. Gather information, meet with colleagues, leave no stone unturned.
The goal is to find the pain points. Tasks that are taking up too much time and energy.
Perhaps you use WhatsApp or similar apps to organise contractor work. Fine for a very small team but this can quickly spiral as contacts grow. Time is wasted just from scrolling through endless conversations.
Perhaps you are spending too long handling miscommunications in getting the work done. Contractors sitting around waiting to be sent work details, phone numbers, addresses. Clients claiming one thing and your contractor another, with no evidence to be able to break the deadlock, resulting in delayed invoice payments and weakened client relations.
Perhaps you know that there are problems somewhere but you don't have enough organised information to be able to see it. The problems unclear, the patterns invisible.
