How To Suspend A Job
In this article we will see how to suspend a live Job.
Why would I suspend a Job?
You may need to change Jobs as one suddenly takes priority over another.
You may simply wish to review your full Jobs List so you can do that by quickly suspending the Job and then returning to it.
- Open your app. You should see the active Job that you have started. At the bottom of the screen, tap the Suspend Job button.
- Choose the 'I'll return later' option in the popup then hit Next.
The other option 'I can't complete this' is for when something is blocking the Job and you need to quickly flag that to the office so they can fix it. See 'How to flag up Problems that are blocking a Job.
- Just like when you complete a Job fully, you will be asked finally to confirm the current hours you have worked so far are accurate. Ensure they are correct then hit Suspend this Visit and Confirm.
Now you will be returned to the Jobs List homepage where you can review all Jobs assigned to you, including the one you just suspended.
