Lesson 1: Schedule Overview
Head on over to the Schedule section on the sidebar and we'll take a quick look at what we can do here.

The Schedule page shows you all currently booked Visits in your system and lets you book new ones for existing Jobs or book new Jobs entirely. You can quickly edit them as well.
The main section is the calendar view which lists all Staff in your system, grouped by their assigned Team name in their profiles, and places them against a timeline. The timeline shows the current day by default and each block represents 15mins. In the weekly and monthly views, each block is a single day.
Empty blocks are obviously white but occupied ones can take many different colours depending on their status.
Visit Statuses
Black Visits are allocated.

Orange Visits are in progress.

Green Visits are completed.

Red Visits indicate that the Field Staff has flagged up a Problem for you to action.

Diagonal stripes across multiple consecutive Visits show that these belong to the same Job.
Non-Job Blocks
There are also some extra blocks available that aren't tied to any particular Job.

There are 4 faded colours here:
- Orange is for holidays
- Green is for sick days
- Blue is for meetings
- Other is for anything else you want to post on the schedule
You can optionally add notes to describe these blocks in more detail.
